“We had an absolutely fantastic time last week. Gina`s place was much larger than expected with plenty of room for our two families. The kids had a great time in the pool and sauna, watched movies and made popcorn in the movie room, played billiards as well as board games at the long dining table. Adults enjoyed much of the same along with the firepits outside and the beautiful open kitchen. The entire house is decorated with a great artistic eye. It`s super clean and the beds and linens are very comfortable. I appreciated that there was laundry detergent, K-cups, paper towels, etc available. Gina made the stay very easy. The neighborhood is quiet and SO close to everything you need. We enjoyed the quick drive/uber to the strip and Fremont Street as well as the ease of restaurants OFF the strip. This home has two bedrooms with queen-sized mattresses; one bedroom with two full-sized mattresses, the master bedroom with a king-sized mattress and a twin daybed, as well as a queen-sized mattress and twin daybed in the attached casita! Two roll away beds are provided in each of the Queen bedrooms.

Five full-sized bathrooms! The guest bathroom off the main living area is accessible from the pool and inside of the home and features a powder room, dry sauna, and full-sized, beautiful, outdoor shower! The guest bathroom located near the two-queen rooms features a tub/shower combo. The full-sized bedroom, referred to as the rainbow room, has an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The casita has its own bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Last, but certainly not least is the large, luxurious master bathroom, featuring a soaking tub, free-standing shower, and double vanity! Necessities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer are available.

We have a fully stocked kitchen with updated stainless-steel appliances, including a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, toaster, and even an espresso machine! Everything you need to cook delicious meals throughout your stay. Utensils and dishes included. Laundry on-site, equipped with a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, laundry detergent and dryer sheets.

You have a paved patio with built-in gas grill and plenty of counter space for prepping your favorite BBQ meals! Plenty of outdoor seating to lounge and enjoy the pool view and soak in the sun!

Elevate your stay with the option to heat our sparkling pool, available for an additional fee. To ensure your comfort, please let us know in advance if you`d like the pool heater turned on, as it takes approximately 24-48 hours to reach the desired temperature. Pool heating fees must be paid in advance and cover a minimum of two consecutive nights of your stay to account for the time and energy required.

Enjoy the pool area`s tranquil ambiance; however, please be aware that it may not be separately fenced from the rest of the backyard. We kindly remind you that there is no lifeguard on duty, and to swim at your own risk. For your safety, we ask occupants to refrain from diving or running on the pool deck.

• Noise complaints are taken seriously and may cause immediate termination of your stay.
• Violation of noise or code enforcement policies will cause a $1000 fine.

Report Any Issues Promptly
• Report any cleaning concerns, damages, or malfunctioning amenities within the first 12 hours of check-in. We want the opportunity to correct any issues to ensure a comfortable stay. If we are not notified in a timely manner, we may be unable to address your concerns or offer remediation after your stay.
• Guests are responsible for any and all damages, lost or stolen items, decor, furnishings, etc that occur during their stay.
