-This is a NON-smoking property.

-The pool is NOT heated.

-The hot tub can be heated upon request for $75/day. This time of year, it takes about 2 to 4 hours to reach full temp. It will be turned on at noon and shut it off by 10 PM (quiet hours). Feel free to hop in anytime!
