My recent stay at Main Stay – Las Vegas, booked through Expedia, was unfortunately one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever encountered. From the moment of arrival, safety and hygiene standards were clearly compromised. Aggressive, unleashed dogs in the hotel entrance and lobby created a deeply unsettling atmosphere, while front desk staff failed to acknowledge or address the situation. The first room assigned to us had not been cleaned at all. The second room contained a stained mattress and, most disturbingly, live bed bugs, which I personally reported with evidence to the front desk. Ultimately, my wife and I were forced to move rooms three times in a single night, long past midnight, carrying our belongings back and forth. Although one staff member on the night shift was polite and understanding, the overall experience was stressful, unhygienic, and wholly unacceptable. Instead of rest, we endured anxiety, exhaustion, and disappointment. I sincerely hope Expedia will take this matter seriously, as such conditions fall far below acceptable hospitality standards.
