The hotel is clean, nice, convenient and very reasonable in price. My only complaint is check-in, One clerk and a very very long line. The hotel should permit on-line check-in or hire more clerks.

Worse experience ever!! I rarely leave reviews, but OYO Casino Hotel was by far the most disappointing hotel experience I’ve had in Vegas. The shower was unclean, the sink was rusty, and several elevators were out of service. On top of that, the staff was unhelpful. To make matters worse, I received a $500 fine for smoking, even though I don’t smoke. I went to the front desk to clarify, but the manager wouldn’t even speak with me. The next day, I contacted the front desk again because my room smelled strongly of w€€d. Instead of addressing the issue, they hung up on me twice. I booked through Expedia and am currently waiting for a resolution and refund. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend OYO Casino Hotel based on this experience.

What a dump!! Dirty, elevators don’t work. I called before making my reservation to make sure that they could re freeze my ice packs because of medication that needs to stay cold during traveling. They assured me that they would do it. It turns out that they don’t have freezers !! I will never stay there again
