I definitely recommend this property. It’s close enough to get to strip or downtown and far enough away to be in a quiet neighborhood. Easy check in and communication with manager.

Great Las Vegas house

Kathryn was awesome to work with. Respond quickly to all questions. House was very clean and spacious. We had 12 adults and plenty of room. Will definitely recommend and be using them in the future.

Excellent communication and location

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home. We had a special request due to one of our guests being unexpectedly in a wheelchair. The host was immediately gracious and accommodating. The home is in an incredible location—a nice clean, quiet neighborhood. ïżŒGreat walkability and is very close to the strip. We would absolutely reserve this home again ïżŒïżŒ

Vegas vacay

Our stay was great. The rental provided everything we needed. We were comfortable and had plenty of room. My only complaint would be cleanliness. Overall the house was clean, however, there were beer caps and cigarette butts in the backyard pool area. The grill was not clean either. I cleaned it before and after we used it. There was a rug in the main living room with the TV that I just rolled up and put aside during our stay. It desperately needed cleaning. Hopefully we left the house cleaner than we found it. It was located very close to all the attractions and activities we did making it easy to get around relatively quick. Communication with the host was exceptional! I would stay there again even with the minor issues.

Loved this home

I came with a group of 7 ladies. The house was spacious enough so that everyone had their own bed. The layout seemed to work perfectly for our group. The pool was big enough although it needed to be cleaned a little better, but we also had a few days in a row of storms that rolled in. Kathryn was always quick to respond and helpful.

Pool was VERY DIRTY..

Got to the house and the house was not very clean, the AC took more than five hours to cool off the house, and the Pool was very DIRTY. When contacting the owner, she was not very responsive, no one ever came to clean the pool, in fact it was still dirty when we left this morning. She did have someone to come look at the AC it was a dirty filter which he cleaned and said he would come back to put in, he never came back. The owner responded at first then stop communicating

Overall we couldn’t have asked for a better place!

Let me start off by saying the location of this house is perfect! It really is 10 minutes from the strip, 15 from the airport, I think it was 10 from freemont street. The house is large and allows you to spreed out, which in a big group is nice having your own space. The house is a little dated, and the bedrooms don’t have lights in the ceiling but lamps by the beds instead. So the lighting is not the best, and much like anytime you stay somewhere with a big group outlets were hard to come by so I would encourage you to bring a power strip. Some of the lights in the house didn’t work, but the owner was quick to respond and try and fix the issues. Even before we got there the owner was so responsive even before we got there and helpful with any questions we had. Super responsive. Over all the house was clean, maybe just needed some deep cleaning. Like there was food in crumbs in some of the drawers. The pool was very nice, and with the location of the way the house sits it warmed up nice and allowed for good sunbathing. We definitely would stay here again.

Home was clean. Retro....... Older dated home no upgrade

Home The home was described as Retro but it is more dated than retro. The only upgrade was countertops in the kitchen. The 2nd bath shower stopped up the first day we were there. The home owner handled getting it unclogged fast and timely. Home needs some attention where it matters. It is a 1960's home with some updates in the 80's. Overall the home is okay for the price but would have paid more for something a little newer and cleaner.

Loved the vintage feel.

The house was clean, beds super comfortable, the towels were amazing. They had thought of everything. It emailed with questions during our stay and emails were answered very quickly. We will stay with them again!!!!!

Great location and value

The house was exactly what we needed. It's an older house, but it was great. The a/c had a slight issue for about a day; but it was fixed ASAP and we didn't have problems after that.
