LOCATION COULD NOT BE BETTER! Walk to Green Valley Ranch and the district or the Dollar Loan center for an event. Do you want to stay out of the chaos of the strip and still be close? We are 3 minutes to whole foods, starbucks, target and more. Only 7-10 minutes to ALLEGIANT STADIUM, STRIP, FORMULA 1 or Lake. Our brand new, quiet, Condo. Endearingly referred to as the Tiny Penthouse, is 1000 sq ft of professionally decorated, air conditioned tiny luxury. We are also surprisingly large for our small size - 2 bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms. Garage access with parking for two cars included along with a gated, community with POOL.

Perfect for getting away; with an amazing patio space and easy access to all that Vegas has to offer. Concerts Restaurants, event center, casino, Lake Las Vegas, Shopping all within 5 minutes.
