Absolutely perfect! Just as described. View was amazing & the building was very quiet. There’s a Pete’s Coffee in the little grocery store at the village across the lake along with everything else you might need. Nice Mexican restaurant too. I would definitely stay again & recommend!

Great little condo

I absolutely loved this place. Clean and quiet! Perfect for a couple and amazing views! I wish there was an ice machine or a freezer in the refrigerator to store ice in. Also, you should leave a card for the laundry so guests done have to buy a 10 card then pay for washing and drying clothes. For me I only had one load of laundry to do and it cost me 15 bucks!

Hiking in NV

Perfect studio in a very convenient location to the Hoover Dam, multiple fantastic hikes and Las Vegas. Condo was well equipped with a comfortable king bed and a very comfortable sofa. Would definitely stay there again!

An oasis retreat from the Vegas chaos

Stopped over in Vegas for a concert before heading to CA for business. I’m not a gambler or a nightlife enthusiast so I was looking for a place where I could chose to go into town rather than be immersed in it. This was the perfect location - just 20m from airport. The unit was clean and the bed comfortable and has a beautiful view of the lake. Raymond was super responsive to a few questions I had. Loved there was a village of shops and restaurants across the bridge for late night dinner and early breakfast. Will definitely stay here again if I find myself in Vegas

Fantastic Stay!

Really nice and quiet location close to restaurants, shops and entertainment. Room was described adequately and the impression was beautiful. It was on the 4th floor overlooking the lake and pool - beautiful views. Check in was smooth and easy, clean and up to date room. All amenities worked very good, bed was really comfortable and balcony hangout was peaceful. We will definitely be staying there again and thank you to Robyn, Sid Gajjar and Raymond for your hospitality. You have a beautiful place.

The best way to do Vegas!

This property is clean, secure, quiet, beautiful views, fantastic amenities, excellent communication. Was EASY from booking all the way through the stay. Lots to do within walking distance (varies on time of year). Lake Las Vegas is the only way we will be doing Vegas from this point on. Thanks for the hospitality!

Worst bed ever. I sat down on one side of the bed and the mattress fell to the floor. I'm only 160 pounds. After lifting the mattress, you can see OLD, bent, thin slats that are supposed to support the mattress. It does not! They don't stay in the frame. Informed the host. He offered for housekeeping to come look. It's beyond help. He is too cheap to get a real bed frame. AND, all the furniture is garage sale quality. Aside from the view, this place is a dump.

It was a great condo the bacolony was excellent at night i think they should be shutters it will keep it cooler, also put some cards and dominos in the game section, i had trouble with wifi nut my husband didnt but other than pandemic closing alot of the ammendities it was nice and relaxing,

Property was nice and well kept. Parking on the other hand not so good. The first night I checked in late and couldn't find any place to park. I was instructed that the parking was outside the building or in the Casino Parking Garage. There was no signage as to where the Casino Parking was and ended up parking at the Hilton nearby. After a long day this was definitely an inconvenience.
