In total, you’ll get 550 square feet of space to yourselves, making this property ideal for individuals, couples, or a group of up to 4 who want to taste the true Vegas experience.

This studio is located in The Signature at MGM modern all-suite hotel in 3 high-rise towers, and you’ll have access to all amenities including the pool, fitness gym, and lobby bar. Who knows how much sleep you’ll get in Vegas – or when? But when you do, the king-size bed offers up glorious comfort so you can rest, recharge, and be raring to go again.

There’s no need to venture out when you’re hungry. The kitchenette has all the essential appliances, including a mini-refrigerator, flat top stove, and microwave. So you can store and prepare snacks and meals whenever you need to.
The studio will also give you your own living room area complete with a sofa that converts into a queen bed. Great views are to be had of the wall-mounted TV, so grab the remote and flick through the channels.
Last, but not least, your private bathroom is a picture of luxury. Stealing the show is the large shower and jetted tub, a great place to freshen up and get ready for the slots and tables on the Strip.

A maintenance team is also available 7 days per week if needed. The team conducts regular inspections of the property to ensure the highest standards are maintained, so expect the very best experience.

Welcome to the Signature at MGM. It’s a resort just a block away from the Las Vegas Strip (a 5-minute drive) and is very close to a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping centers. So you can stock up the kitchenette really easily.
If you want to keep your homely comforts, but also want to experience the glitz and true essence of the Las Vegas experience, staying here gives you it all.

GETTING AROUND
It’s just a block to the Strip, so you will get to the action in no time. You can walk to the Las Vegas Strip from the property through an air-conditioned walkway that provides direct entry to the MGM Grand Casino floor. You can also arrange a ride with Uber or Lyft.
If you’re driving here, valet parking is free, and there are plenty of free outside parking spaces, including a 6 story parking deck behind the property on Aubrey Lane.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
• A $100 refundable security deposit will be collected at the time of check-in per day (up to $300.) The security deposit must ONLY be paid with either a debit or credit card (cash/check NOT accepted).
•Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in.
•Daily housekeeping is not included, but additional items (towels, sheets, shampoo, etc.) can be provided upon request for an additional fee.

Our suite is serviced by an independent cleaning company every day during normal business hours. Please find the services they offer on the menu in the unit. Towel service, as other cleaning services are available for a charge. Please contact the cleaning company directly for service on the phone number provided on the card.

You get the same access to the amenities & engineer help as hotel guests, but daily cleaning is not part of the rate.

The MGM Signature is a non-smoking resort (including the balconies, if featured in your suite) but does have smoking sections near the lobby. Please do not smoke or vape in the suites - we will charge a $300 smoke/marijuana vape damage fee to treat the suite for damage.

Please note that extra guests (up to the maximum allowable limits occupancy) added after the booking incur will a $10 + tax/ night/ extra guest fee.

Please use appliances as they are intended to be used.

We are not responsible for the loss of valuables or personal belongings of our guests.

We are not responsible for the spoilage of food and beverages.

We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.

We are not liable for the closure of any amenity or denial of access of our guests.
Please note all amenities are managed and operated by the MGM Signature Resort. This includes all pools, gym, laundry room, coffee shop, Starbucks and car valet service. The resort management may change the opening hours or close any or all amenities for any reason. The resort management may deny or remove guest access to amenities if their posted rules are not followed. Please inquire with MGM Signature representatives for any questions regarding access to resort amenities.

We do not accept third party reservations or reservation transfers to other guests. The booking guest must be the guest checking in and be present during the entire stay. We reserve the right to cancel non-compliant reservations without a refund and vacate individuals from the premises that are not listed on the reservation.
