The room was wonderful the casino was great however it took 15 minutes for someone to get to valet to take our luggage while it was raining. Upon checkout I called for the bell service to come and get our luggage. Disappointed no one showed up and we had to take all our luggage down to the lobby don’t think I’ll stay there again

Considering the circumstances, the hotel was completely sold out and very satisfied with them. Hotel check-in was absolutely amazing with notification on at 2 PM checkout?….. that was the game changer of this little stay here front desk valet crew were amazing

EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC! ROOMS ARE VERY CLEAN, VALET/GUEST SERVICES WERE AS ALWAYS OUTSTANDING. CHECK IN WAS PERFECT. HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE TV REMOTE AND WITHIN 10 MINUTES IT WAS COMPLETELY TAKEN CARE. I HAVE BEEN STAYING AT SUNCOAST FOR OVER THE PAST 20 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE. I WILL CONTINUE TO STAY THERE AS WELL!!!

The suite was clean and very spacious. The staff was exemplary and made our stay a breeze! My only complaint is that room service is only offered on the weekends and when your stay is during the week you can’t take advantage of that perk. All in all though, it was a fabulous stay and will definitely be back next year!
