Guest room was in good shape; easy to navigate around the property. The lobby/casino atra was too noisy...would have been nice to have some quieter spots on that floor for dining or meeting people. The daily resort tax is unreasonable.

The beds were definitely too hard and uncomfortable. We had a golf group of about 60 players and most of us stayed at the Suncoast for five nights and I heard numerous complaints about their beds being very uncomfortable. I ended up ordering a 4" gel memory foam topper from Amazon and had it delivered to the hotel because there was no way I was going to get any sleep without it. Definitely something they need to consider changing. It's to the point where a bunch of us vowed to stay elsewhere next time if they don't address it.
