Had a great time. But closing the pool at 5 pm is a horrific idea. Check in is at 3 takes an hour by the time you get to your room there is only 1 hour left to swim. I was only staying the night so couldn’t take advantage of the pool the next day.

I apologize you were unable to enjoy our pool area, it is a favorite among many of our guest.Our lobby ambassadors carry pool keys so guest who are waiting to check-in can enjoy the pool.Our official check-in time is 3pm however, if we have rooms clean and ready we will check guest in as early as 11am.Hopefully, on your next visit you get to enjoy the pool while staying with us.

The staff was stellar. The pool and cabanas and landscaping were terrific. The rooms are fine but a little shopworn. I understand there will be a renovation forthcoming. Looking forward to that on my return trip (and I will return).

I didn’t like the room ,no refrigerator or coffee maker

We enjoyed the hotel, it was nice. Everyone working there was really nice and our room was sparkling every time we came back. The negative was the mini bar which charges you if you lift anything up, even the water on the top of the counter. No place for us to put our drinks or food in. We bought a cooler at cvs because of that.. No coffee maker in the room also, wish there was.
