If I could give negative stars I would. The room needed serious maintenance and cleaning. Window wasn’t sealed so you can feel the air breeze coming through a closed window and you could hear cars/ambulance/train from the 34th floor! Felt like I was in NY. Toilet would make loud noises after a flush we told a video the noise persisted for over 2.5 minutes every flush and the room needed extra cleaning. Glitter on the sheets and dust everywhere. On top of that paid extra to check in early they gave me the price of 40$ and at the time of check out it was more than the 40. I tried to get the early check in or resort fee waived and they said NO (couldn’t believe a manager would refuse). During check out Tim said we should’ve told them earlier about all these issues!!!! I told Tim at the front desk this needed to be escalated and he put in a note for research and said someone would call me back for compensation on the room. We were in Vegas for less than 24 hours (total of 6 hours max in the room) and I strongly feel we shouldn’t have to tell them the upkeep their room was below par when housekeeping should’ve been aware of all of these issues. It was the worst experience we checked out at 5 am and went to another hotel bc we couldn’t sleep due to the noise. Have I received a call back… shocking… no one has called me to address my complaint and it’s been a week now. Never again. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.
