MY RESERVATION WAS FOR THE WRONG DATE. WHEN WE ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL I WAS TOLD MY RESERVATION WAS NOT THERE. I WAS THEN TOLD THAT IT HAD BEEN BOOKED FOR TWO WEEKS LATER. I ASSUMED THIS WOULD BE CLEARED OFF THE RESERVATION LIST BUT FOUND OUT I WAS BILLED FOR THE LATER VISIT WHEN I DID NOT SHOW UP.

Our fridge had leftovers in it - The bathroom had some of the previous persons toiletries still in it. Made us feel like the room hadn't truly been turned down before we arrived Called down to front desk and just told to throw items away and apologized

Room was very dirty. I know it was a smoking room but you could clean up whip things off and cob webs. For the money you pay for a night it would be nice for breakfast. The elevator door was nasty like some put on it and just nothing clean.

The room wasn't that clean the carpet was sticky and there was a used Q tip on the bathroom floor, and had 1 wash cloth an 1 hand towel.

Well loved property attached to fun;) Boogie nights was awesome (although bar allows smoking). Steak restaurant was actually superb drinks and food and service and not too expensive for such great quality. Coffee shop also very tasty and great service. Not used to public smoking anymore and they do the best they can to have “nonsmoking” but they can’t keep that controlled. People ignore the rules and take the facility and nice staff for granted in other words leave messes and smoke in areas not allowed. Most other guests are very nice. Also comfort rating was due to this and rude loud late guests with even a screaming baby at a casino property in the non smoking floor. Could use newer carpets and updates to match how well the staff tries to keep clean. Not their fault just set expectations accordingly. I have stayed in worse Hilton properties with the same problems.

probably will not stay again at this property. Front desk staff were rude and all around jerks! Get checked in go to our room at 430 the room was open and NOT Cleaned yet, the guy cleaning the room Yelled at us and said IT WONT BE CLEAN ANYTIME SOON, you see all these rooms need done so you will have to wait! We did go back down stairs and they got us another room ( only nice desk clerk at the desk) Hotel smelled of old cigarettes and smoke.

It was extremely dated. Tub did not drain and was a disgusting shower for the 2nd and 3rd to shower still with hair and soap from the first. We booked the room for 4 people but only had 2 towels and had to go back to the front desk to get them. Staff did the very minimum necessary. At one time I am sure it was a nice hotel but felt old and needed some maintenance. Without knowing the area, it was difficult to find the parking for the hotel vs. the casino and it was a hike through the casino to find any breakfast or even just coffee in the morning.
