Welcome to the Alpine Adventure Pad, where comfort and exploration go hand in hand. Located a short walk from the downtown Leavenworth scene, this place provides seamless access to all the excitement our mountain town has to offer. Whether you`re looking to window shop, wine taste, or walk some nature trails, look no further, we`ve got you covered!

Inside, you can anticipate catching up with friends and family in the open concept kitchen and living areas. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the appliances and cookware necessary for that specialty home-cooked meal, and the TV is positioned for everyone to enjoy, even the chef of the group! Warm up in front of the electric fireplace while binging your favorite show or sit back in a cozy chair and enjoy your beverage of choice, just try not to fall asleep!

In addition to the living room sleeper sofa, there are two bedrooms available for you to choose from. The master bedroom comes equipped with a comfortable queen-sized bed and an attached full bathroom, and a second full bathroom is available for household use. A plush queen-sized bed can be found in the additional bedroom and there is a sofa-sleeper in the living room.

With a plethora of boutiques, dining options, and plenty of hiking and biking trails nearby, there is no shortage of fun to be had at the Alpine Adventure Pad. Don`t wait, plan your next big adventure today!

Please Note:

This is a second-floor condo and you will need to climb a set of stairs to get to the unit. No elevator available.

There is no central air conditioning in this home, but it does have mini splits in the living area an both bedrooms.

If you are planning to visit during the winter or summer months, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. The weather can be unpredictable during these seasons and we hold firm to our cancelation policy.

Our first trip to Leavenworth, I was a confused with the text directions as I have never used VRBO before but Jess was helpful on the phone very late when we arrived. Highly recommend- nice and warm and clean with everything you need

We enjoyed our stay greatly in Leavenworth, the host made us feel welcome, and sent us all the info we needed ahead of time. Hallmark Christmas Village

What a magical vacation. At first booking, I was a little disappointed we had waited so long to book because we weren’t able to be in the middle of the Christmas lights. HOWEVER, after arriving and experiencing the number of people in them downtown area, we were thankful to be out of the way. It was so quiet and perfectly located. The walk was not bad and the sidewalks were well maintained. We would book this location again in a heartbeat.

The condo was nicely equipped, but a bit outdated: microwave didn’t work properly, sofa bed was broken upon our arrival. It was very unfortunate that right under our window we had construction going on pretty much the whole stay. It was very loud starting at 7 am.

Perfect Condo

This was our first trip to Leavenworth and it was terrific. The location of the condo is on the west end, near the roller coaster. It is a bit of a walk to the village, but a quick drive or leisurely walk. The condo was exactly as described and with full amenities. It was super clean when we arrived and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was a bonus having the washer and dryer in the condo as this was our send location on a week-long trip through WA. The hosts was very communicative and helpful. Five star service and a great value.

Great Leavenworth VRBO

Cute place to stay for our week in Leavenworth. Easy check in and the host texted me before to make sure we had everything we needed. It is on the 2nd story with no elevator but that wasnt a problem for us! My toddler loved to eat out on the little balcony. Very clean with a comfy living room area. Kitchen had everything we needed, including some kid's dishes which was nice for our 2 year old. Not the most comfortable mattresses but they didnt make my back hurt!

We had a fantastic stay at White Sands Beach Condo Villa L. From the beginning, communication with the owner, Lisa, was excellent—she was responsive, accommodating, and even allowed us to check in early when our flight arrived ahead of schedule.A special thank you to Liam, who greeted us at the property for our early check-in. He was warm, professional, and consistently available by text or phone for any questions or assistance we needed throughout our stay.The villa was immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities we could ask for—there’s a pool on the property and direct access to the beach. The location was ideal, with a variety of restaurants, cafĂ©s, and shops all within easy walking distance.We highly recommend Villa L and will definitely return for another stay in the near future. It was truly a relaxing and vacation.
