We booked 2 nights and due to our child being sick could not go in our trip we contacted the hotel straight away in the morning. We said we would happily pay for the first night as it was last minute. We asked if they could either discount if not charge the second night. With no apology they just charged us the full amount. They had no cleaning charge no breakfast to give away for 2 days. Everyone had family and the fact they would not even consider giving us some kind of discount due to a sick 10yr old child I find disgusting. With customer service like that I would not recommend

Very out dated. Tv did not work. We had struggled to fix our self. Refrigerator didnt work. Hottub looked dirty and closed down early. Spend your money elsewhere. $450 for 2 night was to much for this stay!

Beautiful River View

Really comfortable stay but nothing fancy. Decent hotel for the price. Very nice staff. Great free breakfast. Easy 10 min walk to town. Lots of nature around - saw a herd of deer on our walk to town which was delightful. Beautiful view of the river. For a budget friendly price would definitely stay again.

Beautiful views

Very good location! Close to downtown. Our room had a river view and we saw deer from balcony! It had free breakfast and free parking. Nothing fancy but spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!

The place was clean, bed is comfy, the view marvelous. However I'd say that the pictures here are pretty misleading, and we were surprised when we got there. The place is old and a bit run down, and while certain things were updated, a good chunk weren't. I'll note that the heating unit is loud and the wifi was so weak that we weren't able to stream (or even download) anything on Netflix, so prepare in advance.

Lovely hotel by the River!

This was a great place to stay. We loved being near the river, the hot tub was nice, and the bed was comfy. It is also very walkable to downtown. I would definitely stay here again.
