Luxe Cottage is a privately-owned, recently updated with new flooring and furniture, cozy, upscale townhouse, less than a mile from the beautiful Bavarian town, Leavenworth. We want to make sure your stay is comfortable and entertaining! Enjoy common hot-tub, BBQ, free internet, free parking, enjoy TV or games on our upscale rocking recliner chairs. Both bedrooms have king size beds and one has AC. We have fully stocked kitchen with all amenities needed. We are pet-friendly with a fee. Please ask about your pet upfront .

Create lasting memories at this bright condo that sits near the heart of Leavenworth!
Relax in the Reclining Rocking Chairs in front of the 50-inch flat-screen TV. Each bedroom has a King size bed with a 42-inch flat-screen TV. Both King beds have full encasement allergy covers. For your additional guest, we even have a brand new Euro Plush Sleeper Sofa in the living room with options to charge gadgets using electric and USB plugs. You won't miss the game or your favorite show because cable and WiFi are provided at no extra charge. The kitchen is fully stocked for you to prepare a meal just like you are at home. We provide a full-size washer and dryer with detergent so that you can stay for longer periods of time. Air conditioner is in the master bedroom only. We do provide floor fans as well. We offer last-minute specials. But ask that you pay within 24 hours of receiving an invoice. Less if it is last minute.

One small owner's closet is the only non-accessible space in the condo. Our home is your home.

We are near the golf course and within walking distance to the heart of Leavenworth. Leavenworth is about 2 and a half hours drive from Seatac Airport and about a 50-minute drive from Pangborn Memorial Airport

We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our condo. The entire condo has been recently painted, new vinyl and carpet throughout. We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible. We have set up space so that you can unwind and relax after playing in beautiful Leavenworth. Our prices are based on two people. There is an additional charge for extra people (noted in the rate section) We reserve the right to withhold a portion of the deposit for undisclosed guests and pets.

What’s nearby:
This condo is just five blocks from the center of downtown Leavenworth, famous for its Bavarian-style storefronts, authentic German food, year-round festivals, and various breweries and wine tasting rooms. Rent paddleboards and kayaks or join a guided river adventure at Osprey Rafting Company right across the street. This condo is also just off Icicle Road, providing you with easy access to the Leavenworth Golf Club, the Snow Lakes Trailhead, and winter sleigh rides.

Hot tub was green and had a film on surface of water. Hot tub was selling point. Otherwise, it was clean, quiet. Beds were comfy. Would stay again if hot tub is properly maintained.

This is a two bedroom- both bedrooms upstairs, one bedroom has AC! Other one has a fan ( floor fan). Both bedrooms have king size bed! We stayed for a night! About a mile or so to the downtown! Overall nice for a family!

Clean.Easy check in. Longer walk to get to downtown area of Leavenworth. Nice to have fans but more extensive air conditioning would have been better as it was quite hot during our visit. Window a/c unit in one of upstairs bedrooms. One bathroom upstairs and one downstairs.

Warm!

The entrance code for the door was to be the last four digits of my phone number, but apparently they entered it incorrectly. I tried for half an hour sitting on the front stoop to reach the owner. Finally I called VRBO's customer service number. They were able to reach the owner and told them to send me a new code. Unfortunately, they sent it to my incorrect phone number, so another 15 minutes followed until Customer Service gave me an alternate number to reach out to the owner and get the code. 45 minutes in the heat. Then we get inside only to find that the air conditioning was only in one of the second floor bedrooms and did nothing to cool the downstairs and offered very little relief for the second bedroom upstairs. All in all, not a stellar experience.

Great Spot

Great Spot. I do recommend you bring or buy additional toilet paper and if you stay during summer only one bedroom has an air conditioner the other rooms have fans so be sure to open the house up at night to cool it down with the fans. This house is right next to the new adventure park and just far enough away from festivities to also enjoy some quiet time at the river. Great location, And the hosts are super great to communicate with!

Location of the home is very convenient, about a mile from the city center. Two bedrooms upstairs have huge king size beds, however, one bedroom doesn’t have AC and it was very hot. Downstairs also has no AC and with 100‱F, it’s unbearable. Carpets are extremely dirty and need to be replaced. Sheets for downstairs sofa had a bunch of little hairs on them. Kitchen is well stocked.

Would not recommend staying here

I had several issues with this stay. I’ve stayed at numerous VRBOs and their competitors so I’m not new to the typical check in process. The app did not have the info regarding the specific unit or the access code. The property manager was responsive and helped me us get into the property after messaging and then talking on the phone. The info was not on the app, but in an email that was unfortunately not easy to find. The “AC” for the property is a window unit in one of the bedrooms upstairs. I can’t imagine being here on a hot day in the summer. The dinning room table had crumbs and was definitely not clean. The email containing the info to access the hot tub was not correct. There was a hand written note with the correct information to access the hot tub. It would have been helpful to have the email updated with the correct information. Finally, when the futon was slid back to the wall after using it at night one of the legs bent backwards very easily. Very flimsy and broke with just gently sliding it back against the wall. Overall very disappointing stay at this VRBO in Leavenworth and would definitely not recommend

This condo was super convenient for our stop in Leavenworth. The furniture was comfy, and the beds were great. You will appreciate the proximity of the condo to the cute village of Leavenworth, and the theater and other events that happen here.

Quiet with everything we needed

It had everything we needed, was well furnished and decorated, though some items were definitely well used. It does have cadet heaters with wall controls for each room. We went in the off season so it was quiet for us. There was some confusion with checking into the house and the code we needed but it was sorted out in five minutes over the phone. The bed we used was comfortable, though a bit creaky. I could actually hear it in the kitchen below when my husband rolled around in it.

The listing didn’t highlight that the property was a condominium and that the Hot Tub was communal. The property and the experience was better than a hotel, but not as good as other properties for a similar price. Specifically, parking and non shared amenities.
