Casa di Alice Lecce Centro "is an elegant apartment, recently renovated, spacious and bright in the most central district of the city. Just 200 meters from the historic center but far from the night chaos (nightlife). On the 1st floor of a stately building, it consists of an elegant and spacious living room with a double sofa bed, smartTv 50 ', a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious double bedroom, an elegant bathroom with shower.
Wi-fi internet and free parking in a private area !!!

the apartment is at 50 mt. from the Public Gardens adjacent to the historic center and 100 mt. from the pedestrian area - via Trinchese - it offers you the possibility to easily and quickly reach the main places to visit. If you have a car, you can make free use of the private parking in a secure and fenced area at 500m from the apartment and move on foot to discover the Lecce Baroque.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets on the windows, washing machine and battery, a well-equipped kitchen with the main appliances, induction hob, a large fridge, unlimited wi-fi Internet.
A welcome "present" for our guests.
The neighborhood is full of the best restaurants, pizzerias, bars, pastry shops, supermarkets, as well as the main commercial establishments. A few meters from the main city bus stops, in a neighborhood with all the comforts and services.

Location imbattable!

Impossible de trouver mieux comme location; Ă  une minute du plus beau parc de Lecce et trois minutes de l’entrĂ©e de la superbe Vieille Ville. Et un super-hĂŽte, Gianni, d’une amabilitĂ© hors pair, dont les conseils et recommandations nous ont Ă©tĂ© prĂ©cieux pour toute la durĂ©e (3 semaines) de notre sĂ©jour, Appartement impeccable.

Magnifique appartement trÚs bien situé

Un appartement moderne Ă  la dĂ©coration sobre et actuelle. Le salon/salle Ă  manger et la chambre sont vastes ; la literie est de trĂšs bonne qualitĂ©, la cuisine idĂ©alement Ă©quipĂ©e. DĂ©couvrir Lecce, aller manger au restaurant ou boire un verre en terrasse : tout est Ă  200 mĂštres Ă  pied ! Un supermarchĂ© proche de la location permet de remplir le frigo. Le parking privĂ© Ă  12 mn Ă  pied permet de laisser le vĂ©hicule en toute tranquillitĂ©. Petite indication : il faut prĂ©voir une caution de 200€ en liquide de laquelle seront dĂ©duits les taxes de sĂ©jour et les frais de mĂ©nage (50€ pour nous). Notre hĂŽte a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs disponible Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Une magnifique expĂ©rience.

Amazing Apartment

We loved the apartment and location. Gianni was a terrific host - always promptly responding to any questions or issues to be sure that all was good and that we were happy! The location was fabulous. Just a couple of blocks from the historic center while close to grocery stores and markets as well as more coffee and gelato shops and restaurants than we could ever visit. And we loved the apartment's design and furnishings. We had a fabulous time. Thank you Gianni!!

Pro: location - Cons: several

This property is all about location. Perfect for non-car stays in Lecce historical centre. We wouldnt stay again however due to the below. On arrival it turned out the apartment is within the owners corporate office - where he works during the day. He has a camera on reception to monitor you going in and out. He uses the secure parking himself and you park in front of his car. Thus he requests car keys are left in his office reception as he will move your car to access his. Far from ideal all around. He also produces a contract for your stay when you arrive and requires EUR200 upfront in cash as a deposit. He retains EUR50 of this, assuming no breakages, to cover laundry/cleaning and city tax for 2 people. The kicker is that, having paid this, the contract also requires you to strip the bed and sweep/clean the apartment. Not sure what you are paying for really! The apartment was not exactly clean anyway with dusty bits on the floor, dirty plates, greasy pans etc. Guests arent given a tea towel so i can see why things arent exactly clean in the kitchen. The shower is small and the owner's quip on arrival that 'there should be enough hot water?' did not fill us with confidence. There wasnt enough. We had to have very quick showers, turning the water off while washing our hair etc otherwise it turned icy cold. Finally, the owner isnt great at time keeping. Never give him a time range. He will only hear the later time and then still be late to turn up.

Wonderful choice for Lecce

Alice's house is a four minute walk through a lovely park to the historic centre, and close to grocery stores, restaurants. The apartment was spacious, very clean, modern, comfortable and well appointed including a new microwave. Gianni is a superb host, accommodating all our needs and providing lots of information, always with quick responses. We would not hesitate to stay at Casa Alice again.

Spacious apartment and a gracious host

This large, well-appointed apartment is conveniently located in beautiful Lecce. One block from the public gardens, it is close to the historic centre but removed from its noise. There are many good restaurants close by; a large grocery store and several small shops make grocery shopping easy. The apartment is amazingly spacious and very private. But by far its best feature is its gracious host, who is always available to answer questions and, if you desire, give advice. Highly recommended!

Great location, huge space, Giovanni was and awesome and very helpful host.

We couldn't believe the luxury of the apartment and the space in it. Very modern and yet in an older building with high ceilings. A few steps from the old town, you can enjoy coffee and pastichiotto in the many coffee shops around. The crowded shopping district is only 2 blocks away and it is an easy access in and out of town with a car. Giovanni was here for any of our requests, taking the time to explain and show us what we wanted. Definitely recommended!
