I have no complaints about the property or the staff and I will stay there again. My check-in was delayed because of the hotel unable to process my virtual credit card from Expedia. It was resolved, but it was inconvient.

This is probably the nicest hotel in Deridder. That's probably not saying much since the other hotels are Oyo and America's Best Value but I had no problems and it was clean. The AC worked well and the staff was friendly.

I booked rooms through a third party. A credit card was needed for incidentals. After checking out, the hotel put the room cards, which I had already paid, on my credit card.
