Misrepresentation

Thank goodness, we have boarded our stay when we did. The space was misrepresented on the site. There was no heat in our room and the environment seemed pretty unsafe. We ended before it became any worse.

I booked two rooms for 4 of my install technicians that were in town for our company on a job for the week. 2 of them were put in a room that had not been cleaned. They did move them to another room. When I asked them at the end of the week how their stay was, they said that they would refuse to stay there again, if asked to. I am going to assume that their stay was not very good. I'm not surprised to be honest. I only booked it for them because there were no other rooms available at other hotels...guess that should've been my first clue.

The room was terrible. Very dirty!! We were supposed to stay 3 nights and left after one.

This place was extremely disappointing. We are ok with older furnishings and dont expect luxury as long as it is clean and safe. But it was so disgusting! The humidity smell was very bad. There was a humidifier in the hall and 2 DampRids in the room. It was full of flies. The comforter had stains. The sheets looked clean but underneath them was disgusting. The room was not really vacuumed. There was food and garbage in the corners of the floor and under furniture. We opened the door to let air in and see if that helped. Should have left then but there were no other hotels in town. We then went to dinner and concert and came back a few hours later. They key card reader batteries did not work, so it took about 10 minutes to have attendant get us into the room. Then we told her about the problems. With her, we looked closer at bed and discovered bed bug poop and what looked like related stains. Found actual mold clusters on the floor under the bed. She agreed it was moldy and disgusting. After communicating to management and attendant our concerns all we got was dismissive comebacks that “it is a fine room” and “yeah I have been bitten many times”. No attempts to make it better. So, we left! Now they are arguing the refund request! I would never wish that unhealthy environment on anyone! We slept in our car because it was a music festival weekend and everything was booked! We will be sharing pictures and filing a complaint with the public health department.
