Sheets are quite scratchy but the place looks clean and quite. They should serve coffee a little longer or maybe even throughout the day.

Beautiful view and clean rooms!

Wonderful staff, great food at the restaurant, clean/comfortable rooms and an outdoor hot tub that overlooks the valley and is open year round. We were orginially supposed to stay at the casino for our valentines weekend but due to a water line break, our room was cancelled. We booked last minute with Hells Canyon Grand Hotel and are SO incredibly glad we did. Such a great experience and we will be back for many visits in the future!

We were out in a handicap room. The shower floor was dirty needs updates! We are not handicapped. Morning front desk clerk was rude when asked a question.

Like i stated before. We could hear the people in the next room (with kids) talking. NOT just noise, but we could hear FULL ON CONVERSATION.

Glen, we do apologize for this inconvenience during your stay. There was a hockey tournament going on in town so many hotels had a lot of kids staying. You can always let our front desk know of these issues and they will help solve these problems so that you can enjoy your stay more. Once again sorry for the problem during your stay.

Good hot breakfast with many options to choose from and servers were very helpful. 1.6 miles from LCSC. Did not get to see much of the facility do to time constraints. Many computers available on sight along with washers and dryers on our floor for 2.00 each. Perk of being able to have dinner on sight. One issue of a mattress having a stain was addressed.

I had to move rooms 3 times because the tv and or toilets did not function in my room. Them was told take it or leave it on the 4th room. There was a big tournament in town and by this time it was past 9:30 pm and I just wanted to go to bed. There was a gal trying to help- but take it or leave it wasn’t the phrase I wanted to hear and the front desk couldn’t care less.

If an issue with the television was the purpose of the room move for various rooms, most likely it was due to an upgrade with our provider.
