No hot water. 5 females and no one could shower. Terrible

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I don't know if it was due to construction on the other floors, but the bathroom sink backed up in the middle of the night and didn't drain. We still had a nice overnight stay.

The water in the shower was only lukewarm even tho it was hot in the sink. When I went down to check out the breakfast buffet, I let the lady at the front desk know. Then I went over and fixed a plate of food. I was met at the table by a lady who asked if I knew about the buffet. I asked what it was and she said it was $15. I told her that I wish i had known that before I fixed a plate. She went over to the front desk to charge it to my room and was told that there would be no charge since there was an issue with the room.

No hot water

First off. No hot water for a shower/bath. So the oversized bathtub was a disappointment along with taking a shower. Now had we had hot water then the tub would of been awesome. Hotel was clean and had comfy beds. For the price and no hot water was disappointing. The hotel staff was very friendly and the lobby was pretty. I would definitely stay again if I knew they had hot water. But currently I wouldn't recommend it until they get the water fixed.

Wasnt great

No hot water/could hear the person in the next room breathing/could hear every footstep in the hallway/12 bucks for breakfast is unusual when included breakfast is an industry standard.

I am sorry that DoubleTree brand is not an all-inclusive breakfast option of Hilton. We offer a restaurant service for breakfast, dinner and room service.
