We are delighted to welcome you to our adorable two-room apartment situated about 350mt from the beach and a few minutes from the centre of Lignano Sabbiadoro, which can be easily reached on foot.

The apartment is located in a building with lift, a large fenced garden and shared swimming pools and it can accommodate up to 4 guests. You will find a spacious living room with a double sofa-bed, a modern bedroom with a double bed, a full bathroom with a shower box, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, a large fridge, freezer and microwave, a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy your time during your vacation.

To ensure your best comfort, the apartment is equipped with tv, intercom and air conditioning, allowing you to maintain a pleasant temperature throughout your stay.

One small pet is allowed: 50 eur per pet/stay to be paid at the agency.

The swimming pool is open seasonally (from mid June to early September). The exact opening and closing dates may vary between the different residences and depend on the weather conditions.
