Residence located near the beach of Lignano Sabbiadoro, just steps away from grocery stores, bakeries, bars, ice cream shops, and pizzerias. The new Olympic swimming pool is only 800 meters away. The building features a spacious lobby with concierge service, elevators, a swimming pool, centralized TV antenna, and a gated shared parking area. Our one bedroom apartment has a living-dining room with double sofa bed and separate kitchenette, large furnished terrace with table and chairs, one double bedroom, bathroom with shower box. Air conditioning. °Swimming pools are open seasonally (Mid June/Early September). The exact opening and closing dates vary between the residences and depend on the weather conditions or maintenance services.
