We are delighted to welcome you to our elegant two-room apartment immersed in the greenery of the pine forest just a few steps from shops and services. In the surroundings there is a cycle paths and a large green area available, ideal for relaxing walks in the nature. Acquasplash water park is reachable in a few minutes on foot.

The two-room apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. You will find a nice living room with a double sofa-bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, a fridge and a freezer and a microwave, a bathroom with shower and a lovely shared common garden.

To ensure your best comfort, the apartment is equipped with tv-sat, american coffee maker and air conditioning, allowing you to maintain a pleasant temperature throughout your stay.
