Welcome to our spacious 2-bedroom apartment on 2 levels, for up to 6 guests, perfect for families or friends. On the first level you'll find a private garden, covered terrace with barbecue, living-room with a double sofa-bed, a cozy open plan kitchen, the first bathroom and a store room. On the second level you'll enjoy 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and the second bathroom. You'll find modern comforts like washing machine, satellite tv, heating, air-conditioning and you'll relax in a huge shared swimming pool.

This amazing property is located in a newly built residence featuring a swimming-pool area with a solarium, at approx. 300m from the beach and about 500m from the center.

Covered parking lot or garage included.

One small pet is allowed: 50 eur per pet/stay to be paid at the agency.
