Your holiday house consists of 3 floors, 5 rooms (from which 4 bedrooms), is 120 sqm and can accommodate up to 10 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating. All homes have security doors. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa, dinette, TV and safe. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture. Kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
Lower floor: Cellar not heatable and with This room is used as a laundry room as the washing machine is located here.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and all beds in the bedroom have a topper. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
Top floor: 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds and all beds in the bedroom have a topper. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Location
Lignano, district Sabbiadoro. The holiday home is located in a holiday complex, on an enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. In a beautiful residential area between Lignano Sabbiadoro and Pineta are the terraced villas, which are about 1km away from the beach and the town center of Sabbiadoro. Parking (for 1 car) on the property and the street in front of the house. The covered parking in the basement of the house is suitable for two smaller or one larger car. Additional parking is available on the public road.
