📝 House Rules & Local Etiquette
The Olivia Beach Neighborhood We love our community! To ensure a peaceful stay for you and our neighbors, please respect the following:
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. Please keep outdoor voices and music low during these times.
• Occupancy: To maintain the home’s quality, please do not exceed the maximum guest count of 11.
• No Smoking/Pets: To keep our home allergen-free and pristine for every guest, smoking and pets are strictly prohibited.
• Parking (Crucial for Olivia Beach) Parking in our community is strictly enforced. To avoid fines or towing:
Dedicated Space: You have private parking for 3–4 vehicles behind the house.
Garage: One compact vehicle can fit in the private garage.
Alleyway Access: Please do not block the back alleyway.
No Street Parking: Absolutely no street parking is permitted in front of the house. Please only use the dedicated area provided.

Financial & Safety
• Professional Cleaning: We follow enhanced sanitation protocols between every guest.
• Damage Protection: To keep our nightly rates low, we partner with Truvi to assist in resolving any accidental damages during your stay.
Smoking is not allowed on the property at any time.
Events or large gatherings are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed inside the home at any time.
Please use furnishings and appliances for their intended use only.
Please be aware Lincoln City has a strict `noise curfew` of 10PM. Be sure to keep noise down after that time. Any noise complaints received will result in a $75 fine.
The community pool is open from Memorial Day through the end of September. The rules and policies for the pool are located in the binder on the kitchen counter. The electronic fob is hanging on the coat hook by the back door. Be sure to return key to hoo when departing. Failure to do so will result in a $60 replacement charge.
Please clean BBQ after each use. Make sure ti is attached to wall of house with bungee cord when departing.
