Room was cold heat didn’t work well the ocean front room the bed was in front of the window so you can’t lay in the bed because people have to walk past the window next to the bed and not to mention the 4 flights of stairs down and up it didn’t say that in the booking

My husband locked our keys in car and Gavin at front desk helped to who could help us! We stayed here few times over the years absolutely love it!

The room was fine. It was clean and updated. In room ammenities were adequate. The experience was not what we expected. I guess if you use pictures of the most flattering angles from the beach facing rooms, you get the impression you will have a view. But that was not the case. We had a view of the roof on the building next to us. And the next door hotel. A small window of ocean visiblity off in the distance. Parking is a little bit of a problem. Seems like there were more vehicles than rooms available. And apparently everyone had to drive enormous trucks that took up more space and stuck out into the driving lane creating very tight pinch points. We did manage to squeeze in on the property, but it was very inconvenient. Needless to say we will not be staying at this group of properties again. Not for the price we paid and what we got for it. At least we were not 1 floor down with a view of a wall.

It was very relaxing. The room was clean and cozy. We had a perfect view of the ocean. The tub was clean and ready for us to use. The room came with a little patio with chairs and a side table to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. I was happy to spend my Christmas there.
