Welcome to Pacific Breeze, your home away from home located in Lincoln City! Get ready to be captivated by this gorgeous rental! This incredible oceanfront home has two stories, with five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and room for up to sixteen guests! Located on the patio, you'll find a view that would make anyone jealous! Relax in the tub during a cold winter night and watch the sun go down, or gather around the fire pit with your loved ones and enjoy some good old-fashioned s'mores! Step inside and you'll find yourself located in the game room, complete with a foosball table, a pool table, air hockey, and two queen-size sleeper sofas. You'll also find a bar with stools, a fireplace, and a flat-screen TV mounted over the fireplace. There is also one bedroom on the main floor, featuring a queen size bed and a full bathroom. Head upstairs, and you'll find yourself in a beautiful living room area with an amazing kitchen, THe home has dual ovens and a gas range. The kitchen has everything you could need (and more) to whip up a delicious holiday meal or just something simple for the night. There is plenty of space to relax in the living room area, complete with a fireplace and a flat-screen TV. You can even catch the sunset from inside through the giant bay windows, or head out onto the deck and watch it with your friends and family. There is seating for your guests in the dining room area and the kitchen bar area. There are also four additional bedrooms on this floor. The first bedroom features a king bed with a full bathroom, the second bedroom features a king bed, the third bedroom features a queen bed, and the final bedroom offers two twin bunk beds. A full bathroom in the hallway is available for shared use between everyone. There is also a washer and dryer located in this unit for guest use. Come down to Lincoln City for your next great vacation on the Oregon coast!

The house is very nice and the view is beautiful. The furniture is old and the mattress as well. The 4 couches in house were broken down and they leave you sitting in big worn holes in cushions. The mattresses in the master bedroom was very worn down leaving you sunk in a big hole on each side.The house needs updating the furniture mattresses to warrant the cost of the house the sauna did not work as well for these reasons I filled the house was overpriced.

House was nice and roomy and location was great. My only only complaints would be the mattresses in bunk room were gross (covered in huge stains) and the tiny tv in that huge living room is really weird. TV's are so cheap these days that it makes no sense not to have a bigger one in a room of that size. Overall we enjoyed the property and would rent again.

The house could be a beautiful property. Many things need attention. Missing parts, drawers, dust bunnies, standing water in shower, missing bar in the shower, toilets run constantly and don't fully flush, beds creak loudly and are not the best. Toaster is shot, pots & pans are old and mismatched. Fridge didn't even have a baking soda in it to fight the fish smell. We added one. Garage door opener doesn't work. No TV in the TV/game room, upstairs. Hot tub's lid is sooooo water logged, it takes 2 people to open it. It was dirty with sand & bugs also. Sauna doesn't heat up to temp. Ant infestation and yellow jacks were all over everything. Limit supplies - paper towels are so cheap, they wouldn't tear off an entire piece. Pre-Approval of our ADA accommodations was denied on the last day only 14 hours before we were to leave anyway -- forcing 40% of our group to leave early. It could be a wonderful place with a bit of care and better communications with the rental company. It was extremely expensive for what we received & expected to receive.....

Beautiful home with spectacular views. Has all the fun and games for a big group to stay busy and make the best memories. Our teens were never bored! Loved relaxing in the hot tub and listening to the ocean. Super responsive host as well.

Could be a nice place, but


The property is centrally located and the view is beautiful. It is not easy to access the beach. Anticipate the need to walk many, many stairs to enjoy the local beach. The house was poorly cleaned. The counters and table left our cleaning cloth brown upon first wiping things down. We had to remove mouse droppings from behind the trash bin and under the kitchen sink
gross. We also had to borrow the neighbor’s lawnmower to cut the back grass (weeds) that were over a foot tall and intruding on the area to enjoy the fire pit, BBQ, and hot tub. The hot tub had a sharp piece near the jets that severely cut my granddaughter’s finger. We found a previous guest’s dentures under one of the beds; doesn’t provide any more faith in how the spaces were cleaned. The cookware left a lot to be desired. Very unorganized kitchen and the pans were old and warped. The living area furniture is in desperate need of an upgrade. Worn and uncomfortable. The refrigerator was leaking and struggled to keep our food as cold as it should have been. Several lights were missing bulbs or dim. Windows were filthy. I could go on with more concerns, but I think this paints the picture. We had been looking forward to this vacation for months and I was disappointed. The property management team was super communicative until I wrote directly with these concerns and now it’s crickets. Not worth the fees being charged for this property and very upset they weren’t willing to address these concerns directly.

We enjoyed our stay from start to finish. Walked in and were struck by the amazing view. The house was comfortable for our group offering plenty of space. From walks on the beach to hanging out at the fire pit- couldn’t have been more at ease!

Pacific Breeze Visit

Overall we thought the property was a good fit for our combined family (seven adults, six children ranging 5-14). We loved the firepit, plenty of room, nice bedrooms, great room upstairs with a well-equipped kitchen, game room down stairs. All that was great. The house could use another bathroom - only three for thirteen guests, but we made it work. A couple minor issues - air hockey table didn't work, pool table needed chalk, and we ended up buying propane for the grill. We've stayed at half a dozen houses in Lincoln City over the years and this was easily one of the best!

Beach house

We were doing a memorial visit to the ocean and this house was perfect for our whole family to stay together. Coming upstairs the first thing you see is the view of the ocean! It was amazing. I doubt I will need a 5 bedroom house again in the near future but if I did I would certainly book this house again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach house.

The pictures and descriptions of the property did not match the in person experience. The house was dirty, the hot tub was filthy and needs repair work, the sauna didn’t actually get hot, the address shared after booking was for the incorrect house, and there weren’t enough blankets for the number of advertised beds. Overall the location and size of the home are the only things that were advertised accurately.

Fun for a large group and amazing views

It was fun to have so may friends stay in one place. The views were amazing, and playing cards etc at the table in kitchen was great. LOVED that is has 2 fridges! There were a few down sides, the BBQ was really dirty and tried to catch fire, and there were not enough wine glasses and no serving bowls. I also did not see the key walking up as the correct lock box is behind you when you are standing at the front door.

Perfect Beach Experience

We wanted to bring our girls team to the beach for a team bonding experience following camp. The views were breathtaking and it made it so worth the effort of getting everyone there! Plenty of rooms to stay and the downstairs entertainment room was perfect for casual hanging out! Everyone agreed next time we will have to book the same place but stay longer!

Team Retreat weekend

Nice location and large house to accommodate large groups. Pictures are definitely better than what you get. House could use some upkeep but it didn’t stop us from enjoying our weekend there. Had a snafu with check in (unable to check in until 6 pm) but property management rectified the situation and was attentive to our needs.
