Premium Oceanfront Suite - Sleeps 8 - Top Floor - Pool and Sauna!

Summary:

The Codfather is what we call this premium oceanfront family suite. It can sleep up to seven people by way of a king size bed, a queen Murphy bed and two sleeper sofas (one queen and one twins). This unit has two full bathrooms (one with a walk-in shower), an electric fireplace for ambiance, a bunch of games for the family to enjoy and a full modern kitchen. The beach access is literally right outside of the oceanside window! Don't forget about our indoor heated saltwater pool and dry sauna!



The Space:

Sea Gypsy No. 308, which we call "The Codfather," is one of the premium beachfront properties on the Oregon Coast. Bring the whole family because this condo can sleep up to seven people! It has a full kitchen, two full bathrooms, and unbeatable beach views!



The oceanside suite contains a queen Murphy bed that folds up to give you more space. There is also a queen-sized sleeper sofa and one twin-sized sleeper sofa. In the private Master Bedroom is a king-sized bed. The bathroom connected to the master features a modern, tiled walk-in shower.



This is one of the Sea Gypsy's rare Family Suites with extra room geared toward families. But even smaller parties of two will enjoy the spaciousness and extra touches.



The Codfather has an excellent kitchen fully equipped with a dishwasher, range oven, refrigerator, microwave, and cookware.



If the huge oceanfront windows aren't quite enough entertainment for you, there are two flat-screen TVs in this condo, as well as an electric fireplace for ambiance and some games!



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There you will find a key that will grant you access to our indoor, heated salt water pool and dry sauna.



This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 32 steps required to access the unit.

Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



There are three gas grills on site available for guest use. They are located next to our sparkling pool.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Sea Gypsy Rentals manages more than 59 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
