Guests have access to the entire property, except the Bell Ranch Barn located on the same property. Please respect the other guests space. Self check-in via Smartlock. The driveway is steep but generally fine for all vehicles but can be slick in the winter/rain. - We are located in the woods. Short pine needles are everywhere and mud when it rains. Please leave your shoes by the door! - FYI, in addition to the main house there is a separate guest house and garage on the property. It looks like a barn and is also available as a rental.
There were five of us, one 5 year old and 4 adults. The house was nice. It's located up a steep hill on a winding one lane road. Lots of privacy. It was family friendly. The view is spectacular. One room smelled very moldy/ mildewy for a day then we aired it out real well and then it was fine. The TV and DVD player didn't work for 3 of the four days of our stay. It was worth the small issues that we had.
