Stylishly renovated Studio hotel resort condo sleeps 4. Seated at the base of Loon Mountain’s South Peak, in New Hampshire`s gorgeous White Mountains. Enjoy nature, hiking and lovely mountain scenery! Great area dining, and outdoor activities. Indoor pool and Jacuzzi are open and located in our facility. Great restaurants within walking distance. Free shuttle bus service to Loon Lift gate. Pemigewasset River in back.

Gorgeous Hotel condo in a beautiful location with access to all the local attractions! My rooms have been remodeled beautifully to offer class and comfort with a tasteful decor.

Guess will have a private room and will have access to all the amenities in and around the complex including the indoor pool, the outdoor pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, great room, rear deck looking in to the Pemigewasset river and Loon mountain South Peak.

I am always available by text and usually respond within minutes.

Lincoln New Hampshire is a lovely, quaint town in the heart of New Hampshire’s White Mountains. This area offers the most hiking trails and waterfalls in all of New Hampshire. Gorgeous mountain peaks abound. We are right at the beginning of the Kangamangus Highway which is listed as one of America’s top 10 most scenic byway‘s. The area boasts many great restaurants and breweries.
Popular attractions: Lost River Gorge, The Flume, The Basin, Franconia Notch, Franconia Falls, Loon Mountain Ski Resort, Clarks Trading Post (Trained Bear Show), Cannon Mountain, The Cog Railway, Alpine Adventures, Moose Tours and much more!

There is a free parking lot For the guests of the lodge. There are a few fantastic restaurants within walking distance and some great attractions within walking distance. Many others are just minutes away by car.

Please remember this is a someone`s home NOT A HOTEL. Please be respectful to the property.
‱ NO SMOKING (even on balcony) –You will be responsible for a $250 fine if caught smoking in the building. (Management Rules)
‱ NO PETS – You will be responsible for a $150 per day fine if caught with an animal in apartment. (Management rules)
‱ LEAVE KEYS on kitchen counter when leaving. You will be responsible for a $10 key replacement (Management Rules)
‱ Please leave room clean and dispose of all personal items.
‱ No Ski Boots Worn Inside Apartment (damages floor) You will be responsible for any damages if Ski Boots damage floor
‱ No Towels or personal items over balcony bannisters. You can put them on table or chairs (Management Rules)
‱ Bring towels back from pool.
‱ Make sure all windows and doors are locked when you leave
‱ Report any damages as soon as possible. We understand things happen. But we need to know.
‱ Turn off lights and fans and heat down to 55 or turn off AC when leaving

Beautiful, cozy little space. Responsive host. Happened to be a frigid weekend so walking on the floors was like walking on a frozen pond and heat had a hard time keeping up
 very cold inside. Hot water did not work one night and we had to shower in the locker rooms (fortunately that was an option) and led us to the sauna! 3/4 stove burners did not work which was frustrating while cooking dinner. All in all, I think a tough weekend to gauge with the extreme cold, but space has potential and host was responsive when we did have issues. Super convenient location, easy with shuttle to the mountain for skiing and quick drive to anything you would need down the road.

Rick was VERY responsive with any questions. The apt is nicely decorated, but what really impressed me was the efficient use of space. Everything a typical guest could need has been thought about and prepared for. We were unluckly with an ice storm/rain one day during our stay and the TV had an abundance of channels and streaming options to keep us entertained. Would definitely stay again in the future. Location is great too.

This room was perfect for what we needed!! 2 day hiking trip with my husband in the area. This room had a double bed- amazingly comfortable!Couch and small kitchen area. Well stocked, clean, cozy. Barely anyone there late September. I imagine it’s pretty full during skiing season. Indoor pool and hot tub were great! Host was incredibly nice and considerate! Highly recommend! Take a trip up to Polly’s Pancake Parlor- so good!

Area was very nice and quiet. Loved the stairway in the back to the river. The host communicated very well with touch points before my stay so I knew exactly how to check in. This place was amazing, beautiful and well kept. Close to everything had a pool inside with a game room, outside pool and more. There was coffee, oatmeal, granola bars and water in the room how convenient is that.I have to say this is one of my best birthday vacations everWill definitely be back and will stay here again.

Stay was great. Great communication from Rick. Hallway carpets were being redone, so i caught it at a tough time, but the amenities, location, and overall feel of the lodge was great for me and my kids. Easy access to town. Room had everything needed. Kids had a blast in the pool and game room. Very clean overall, a few blemishes/stains on furniture, etc, but nothing alarming or concerning.
