Luxury Loon Mtn Home Sleeps 16 with pool/gym access

Beautiful post and beam home right on Loon Mountain! 16 Queens Way boasts breathtaking views with plenty of space for up to 4 families. Sleeps 16 comfortably, everyone has a bed! This is a luxury home for families and should not be booked for a group of over 12 adults and no children, we do not host stag/bachelorette parties, college reunions, guy weekend etc. This is set in order to preserve the enjoyment, environment, and quality for our qualifying guests and the home is simply not designed for those stays. Guests can enjoy an outdoor fire at your very own fire pit. Comes with pool/gym/spa access at the Mountain Club on Loon. Fully stocked gourmet kitchen with all the necessities. Two Master Suites, one on the first floor and one on the second. Entire lower level has two bedrooms, full bathroom and a 2nd family room complete with a ping pong/air hockey table. Some nearby activities include: Hiking, Swimming, Skiing, Zip-lining, Snowmobiling, Clark's Trading Post, Whale's Tale and many more! 30 minute drive to Lake Winnipesaukee. 45 minute drive to North Conway area attractions. Linens and Bath towels are included. Pool towels are provided for you at the Mountain Club. Bring your own beach towels if you plan on visiting one of the many rivers, lakes or other swimming holes the area has to offer.
This is a perfect retreat to building memories with family and friends and is kept in such great quality by hosting families and groups of adults and children of all ages. This is not an ideal home for large groups of adults only or parties. We hope you understand as we work hard to keep it surpassing the hopes of our moms and dads and excitement of the little ones that come to share their time with us and the White Mountains. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay at this home in the Loon Mountain Resort community. We were a group of nine plus a small dog, and the house was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. It truly had everything we needed for our stay.Our only contact with the owner was before our trip when we had a few questions, and he was quick to respond, friendly, and very helpful. During our stay, we almost reached out to ask about plowing after it snowed about six inches overnight, but before we even had the chance there was already a plow in the driveway, which really says it all.The location was perfect for skiing, so close and convenient to Loon. We also thought we might use the spa facilities, but ended up using the pool, hot tub, and gym every single day. A few of us even took advantage of the spa services, which were a great bonus.This home was ideal for a larger group and made our trip easy, comfortable, and relaxing. We would absolutely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this beautiful mountain home! The location was perfect - it felt remote, but was close enough to town to enjoy everything we needed. The mountain view from every window was like a picture postcard.Inside, the house was spotless and tastefully decorated lodge-style. The kitchen quickly became our gathering spot—spacious, well-appointed, and ideal for preparing our gourmet meals. The crackling fire made the whole place feel cozy and magical, and there was plenty of room for our group to spread out, relax, talk, cook, read, knit or stare out the windows in wonder.We truly had everything we needed. Communication with Michael our host, was excellent - prompt, gracious, and exactly as promised. This property was stunning! The house is very well laid out, with lots of privacy for the bedrooms. When I say it's extremely well equipped, that is an understatement. We had 14 people, so I brought a lot of stuff from home. It was not needed. There was ample plates, pans and silverware. Also, blender, food processor, and both a drip and Keurig coffee maker. They provided plenty of toilet paper and paper towels as well. It's only about 8 minutes to the grocery store, restaurants and shopping. The owner was very pleasant. Answering questions immediately. We can't wait to stay again!

Loon Mountain Stay

If you ski, this place is perfect. It's right at the mountain and you get a pass for the mountain club as well. Perfect for up to 16 people, so splitting with 2-3 families is ideal. Great location for warm weather activities as well. Clean as a whistle.

Magical Christmas Memory!

Absolutely a perfect place to stay. Michael was responsive to all our questions and the house is fantastic!! It is fully stocked with everything you need from cooking to playing games. The fireplace and views were amazing. Even had a Christmas tree for the holidays! We were a family of eight and it was a perfect fit. Close to skiing, shops and restaurants. We’ll definitely be back.

Great home for families!

The house was great for our extended family to get together with small kids. Kitchen and home has everything you could need and everything location was labeled so you weren’t guessing where to put kitchen items back. Communication was excellent. Location is right on the Mountain as well. Overall great property!

Loon Family Vaca

What a beautiful place to spend our yearly Loon vaca! This home was all we could have asked for, with nothing lacking. The only reason for 4 stars for location was that I thought it was a bit closer to the mountain club got the pools but we worked it out! There were 13 of us and plenty of room for all!! Wonderful time!! Would recommend to anyone!
