King Bed, Queen Bed, 2 Twins, and a pull out. Located in one of the most desirable developments, Forest Ridge offers indoor and outdoor pools, Spa, tennis court, and exercise room. Shuttle to Loon mountain during season, and easy access to cute town for dining & entertainment.
The Space:
Private 2 Story Townhouse with only 1 other unit for the building (Side by side, and space between for zero noise transfer).
Serene porch over babbling brook, and very well outfitted kitchen and accommodations for the owner that lives there seasonally in the winter.
Master Bedroom has a King bed, dedicated work space & private Bathroom. Bedroom #2 has 2 twin beds and a desk. Bedroom #3 is Queen bed. The Living Room couch pulls out to bed as well.
4 TVS with tons of streaming content. Xbox in the twin bedroom.
Dedicated parking for 2 cars and side yard is available to use the corn hole set.

Townhouse - 24x7 access with pin code smart lock.
Other Things to Note:
Forest Ridge amenities include year rounds indoor pool, Spa, fitness room, tennis courts, and game room. Outdoor pool during summer.
Winter shuttle bus with GPS tracking for free rides over to Loon Mountain Governors Lodge. Skip the parking hassle.
