We stayed for one night before making our way into Porto and it was great for that purpose. Breakfast is not included if this is your first time staying which was kind of weird, but they did offer beverages.

The breakfast was first rated. The key card needed to be reprogram every day which was a nuisance. For heading downtown, the public transportation was convoluted.

Nice customer service and parking

Parking was great and easy. Staff was kind. The hotel feels run down and needs a deep clean. The room was basic which is fine for the price. Bathroom smelled of mold, felt grimy and shower floor was peeling.

Below average hotel. Carpets in the hallway were dirty. There was hair in the shower which was quite terrible. There was no food service in the evening and nothing close by within walking distance either. Staff were as helpful as they could be given we checked in at 10pm and left at 6am the next morning. I chose the hotel because of its proximity to the airport than for a long pleasant stay.

It’s a pretty nice hotel in a kind of sketchy neighborhood. Seems like they are in the process of upgrading the area, but not all the buildings yet. But, our room was clean, the bedding and towels were clean, the water pressure was amazing and the shower was big. I felt safe there, as the lobby was brightly lit and clean. The breakfast buffet was pretty good too. Good value for the price. Would recommend.
