Good location and spacious, but unresponsive host and filthy bathrooms and

We were very much looking forward to a work trip for 10 days amongst 6 colleagues. We were happy to find a large apartment with 3 big bedrooms when we arrived. The apartment is located on a super busy street, so on festive nights if you're unlucky enough to sleep in the 2 bedrooms on the straight, make sure to wear earplugs. The stay would have been fantastic if so many things hadn't gone so wrong with the apartment. Some of the walls were stained, neither shower nor one of the sinks drained. I called the agency every day and no one ever picked up. I also went to the agency in person twice. The two people who received me told me they would contact maintenance to fix the problems and that I would receive a message. Neither actually noted the problem down even after I questioned their commitment so I suspected they didn't care. Overall poor experience.
