Room was clean, well equipped and comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Hotel is a great location with quick walkable access to restaurants and local attractions. Cold continental breakfast had a good selection.

I loved staying here. It’s a great property and the staff is very kind and accommodating. The surrounding area is fantastic and you feel like you are right close to great food and activities. The metro is just across the street, and it’s a short walk to the train to Sintra or Cascais. The buffet breakfast was fresh and delicious. I love spending time here and will definitely come back if I’m in the area!

The hotel was very clean and quiet, despite being next to an open plaza. The beds were very comfortable, and we were able to sleep well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When our Uber did not show at 6:15 am to get to the bus depot, the front desk clerk was able to get a taxi there within minutes. There are many restaurants and shops nearby, and we could walk to the castle in 10-15 minutes. The breakfast was breads, cheese, meat, fruit, yogurt, etc.. a simple but nice selection to start the day. Highly recommend this hotel!

Amazingly friendly and helpful staff, let us store our bags on the last day so we could explore and come back after check out before leaving for our flight. We had an early morning tour one day and they offered to start breakfast half an hour earlier for us. Great at making recommendations and if you need their assistance with anything, changing reservations etc. Room was great for what we needed. Comfortable and roomy and well equipped

The location was very convenient for getting around. The property was rated at 9.6 on your site, but there is no way this should have been rated that high. It should be in the 8’s. The room was small, the breakfast was minimal, and when they fixed a breakfast to go, they were terrible.

This hotel is in the centre of everything! The friendly desk staff are always willing to give tips about what to see and how to get there! Only minutes from bus, Metro and tram stops. And the restaurants nearby are superb!

Really friendly hosts. Stay away from the overpriced patio restaurants on the block. Overpriced and cater to the cruise ships. Very small room. But nice clean sheets and towels everyday. It’s reasonably located to a lot of things and there is a subway nearby. Belem is definitely a ways but we truly spent one morning there. The area around the hotel was much more interesting. Only did breakfast once but it was good. A lot of choices but simple.
