Hotel itself is excellent, clean great rooms and perfect location, however reception check in staff were not professional on arrival! My Hotels.com booking confirmation and receipt were not excepted and apparently not found after waiting around for hours I was told that I would have to pay again at the hotel to stay the night as not their problem! It was a hotels.com problem and my problem! I have now paid almost €300 for a one night stay in a standard room!

We stayed 6 nights last week of Dec 2024. First time at this hotel and I would stay again. Good breakfast but it needs to shuffle things a little bit. Lots of breakfast variety but every morning was identical. Hotel had an issue where there was no hot water the afternoon of 12/31/24 and it was fixed the morning of 1/2/25
