With a total of six bedrooms, including four en-suite bathroom suites, convenience and comfort are at the forefront of your experience. There is air conditioning throughout the villa, providing both heating and cooling options, while floor heating ensures warmth in all rooms except the attic and cellar.

The outdoor areas are perfect for entertaining, featuring two dining tables, two barbecues, a pizza oven and a lounge with a fireplace. There is an exterior bathroom with toilet and shower available for general use in the outside area.

This stunning villa offers 6 spacious bedrooms plus an additional sofa bed in the second living room, which also features its own private bathroom. In total, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 19 guests—15 adults and 4 children, with two sofa beds available for the little ones. Additionally, cribs and toddler beds can be provided upon request. The two expansive family suites, each 100m², offer plenty of space and flexibility, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay for all guests.
