Property was clean, and In a great location.
Other than that, it’s on the 4th floor and no elevator as well as on top of a hill, so be prepared for that it’s quite the track coming in and out. The keys to the front door are easy to access once you get the code but getting the keys to turn and actually open the door was very difficult. Took us at least 3 minutes of trying every time we got back to the apartment, the neighbour had to help us a few times. The lock upstairs needs a key to lock from the inside as well. I left the key inside the door on the inside not knowing it would lock me out by just closing the door. I went downstairs to open the door for my husband because he could t figure out how to open the front door and got locked out of the apartment. I was told I had to pay $120 euros for a locksmith to open the door when I had no warning about this. I am from Canada and am not used to doors like this, nor did I know this could happen. I dont think I should have been the one to pay for something like this but they gave me no option. It was also very annoying that the apartment only communicated through WhatsApp message. I asked them to call me and that wasn’t an option at all. When I called they just wouldn’t answer.
So other than a good location and cleanliness, my stay wasn’t easy / enjoyable.
I wouldn’t stay here again.
