Great place - convenient to everything.

Super nice place. No complaints about the place - included indoor parking was a real plus! Key pick-up across town was sub-optimal. We had a car which made it possible - but without a car not sure what we would have done - maybe they have other options - we did not ask. Check-out was a breeze!

The property was beautiful. Clean, spacious. Great location. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable and not enough pillows. It was difficult to navigate in the building. At first we had a hard time finding our room and exiting the building. We had to ask for help. Otherwise, our stay was great. We would stay there again and recommend it to others.

Check in to pick up keys is at a different location than the apartment. We had a car so it was not an issue for us. Underground parking on site was a bonus to have. The bathroom was not very clean (the shower, mirrors and floors). There were only bed sheets on the bed. The comforter in the closed had stains so we did not use it. There was not a drop of dish soap to wash dishes nor any paper towels or dish cloths. Bed and pillows were just okay in comfort. Walls are thin so you do hear water through the pipes from other apartments which at first to hear was scary.

The provide nothing with the apartment. All sheets, towels, sofas, floors were stained. We have to go out and buy our own towels. I would not have used theirs even to work on my garage. The washer was broken and they were not willing to fix it. They knew about it and had no intention to repair it even though they continue to list it as an amenity. They stopped answering our inquiries as soon as we checked in and brought up these issues and others.

Great apartment/area -lousy check-in, cheap host

My husband and I stayed here 4 nights the last week of May. The apartment is super- just like the photos, the building is very unique (former palace), high-end and quiet for such a busy neighborhood. The area is amazing. Two or so days prior to our arrival I was notified by the property manager that we had to pick up the keys at his office a 20 minute drive from the apartment. This was NOT mentioned in the VRBO ad. So, as we arrived in Lisbon, tired from travel, we had to take an Uber there, lug our luggage into his office to get the keys and then take another Uber to the apartment. The apartment building is large with many sections and it took us over 10 minutes of searching to find the unit (why didn't he give us a map?). This landlord is cheap; no dish soap, no dishwasher or washing machine pods (in my experience, most VRBO landlords leave some of each) no paper towel and NO TOILETTE PAPER. The lack of TP was an error and the property manager (who was a nice man) came over to bring some to us but we had already left to buy it (luckily stores were still open). This was a very impersonal and inconvenient experience- thus our 3/5 rating.
