You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Please be aware that you are booking a stay at an independent property. There are no onsite check-in assistance or concierge services.

All amenities and supplies are provided in the home. We provide some complimentary items for your convenience but, any additional needed items will have to be purchased by the guest.

Property will not be cleaned during stays shorter than 30 days. Mid-term stays may request a cleaning during stay for an additional fee.
No smoking is allowed on the premises of any kind to include vaping. A $300 cleaning fee will be accessed for violating this rule.

No shoes worn, food or drink allowed in carpeted areas.

No parties or events allowed

No extra guests on property not registered to stay

No pets allowed

No parking on the lawn. All cars must fit on the driveway. We will not be responsible for any vehicles damaged from parking on the street.


Additional fees will be accessed for missing and damaged items and unauthorized late checkout. Late checkout will be accessed at $100 per every 30mins past checkout time.

Any guest booking under 21 must pay a $300 refundable deposit that will be refunded after checkout and confirmation of no damages. Approval of under age guest will be decided on a case by case basis. Must Have at least 1 previous stay with a positive review.
