We never received check in instructions or Wi-fi information. All we received was an address. When we arrived at the marina I had to ask an employee how to find the boat. The keys were left at the bar. There were absolutely no other instructions. There was no wi-fi on the boat and the marina bar does not share their password with guests. There were linens left in the washer and dryer, which we had to remove in order to use for our own personal washing. All of the cleaning supplies were left out on the cabinet, on the deck and on top of the boat. The pump in the bathroom would just start out of nowhere and continuously run, very loudly. I sent multiple messages to the host prior to and after our arrival with no answer until the following morning. He told me VRBO was supposed to have supplied me with all of the missing information since that is who I booked through. The area was nice and the marina bar was ok, but the lack of communication, lack of wi-fi and over state the boat was left in was a real disappointment.
