The 30 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom, and is suitable for 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. A cot and a high chair are available on request. Pets are not allowed.



The apartment features a private balcony where you can relax and enjoy the scenery. The location is ideal: nearby you will find restaurants, bars, supermarkets, bakeries and Lake Livigno. The nearest ski lift is about 400 meters away, while the cycle path and tourist office are easily reachable, making the property perfect for both summer and winter.



In winter, you can return directly from the ski slope with your skis on; the cross-country ski trail is only 5 minutes away. A ski storage room is available. In the immediate vicinity there is also a playground, a football field, a bowling alley and a tennis court. The property offers free parking.



You are asked to respect quiet hours after 11:00 p.m. and separate waste collection is mandatory in the neighborhood. You can enjoy discounts at local restaurants, shops, rentals, ski school and thermal baths. Next to the property there is a mechanical workshop which may occasionally limit parking, but an alternative plan is provided.
