Das Haus an sich sowie der Ort sehr gut. Aber die Küche ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Es gibt nur einen Topfdeckel, das Fach wo die Töpfe aufbewahrt werden stinkt sehr stark nach Schimmel, so dass das Inventar ebenfalls nach Schimmel riecht.
