A great family space, the house features an excellent kitchen equipped with a range stove, including electric double ovens, a five-burner gas stovetop with a hot plate, a microwave, a refrigerator/freezer, and a dishwasher. Additionally, there is a utility room with a washer for added convenience.
There's plenty of space for all ages to enjoy the evening, whether playing board games or settling in with a good book. The property features a spacious sunroom, a comfortable living room with an electric fireplace and a basic cable TV package, and a cozy room with digital TV.
Accommodating up to 10 guests, the bedrooms comprise:
•1 x king-size double with en-suite walk-in shower, sink, and toilet
•1 x ground-floor king-size double with TV and en-suite shower, sink, and toilet
•1 x double with TV
•2 x twin (one with TV)
Outside, the enclosed rear patio garden includes a garden shed and offers stunning views of Castell Dinas Brân, a historic hillside ruin popular with hikers who enjoy breathtaking panoramic views. Guests can also take advantage of nearby canal boat trips, water sports, and excellent hiking routes.
For younger guests, a pack-and-play, highchair, baby gate, and additional baby equipment are available. The property provides off-street parking for three cars (shared with the owner) and welcomes two well-behaved dogs.
Stores, bars, and Llangollen's downtown are just a four-minute walk away, and nearby National Trust properties such as Chirk Castle and Erddig are easily accessible by car. Further hiking opportunities can be found along the Offa's Dyke Path, which runs close to the town, while the mountains and coastline of Snowdonia are just an hour's drive away.
