"This was a good value for the money. Only $82 per room per night. But the motel is old, not in very good shape. My tub was literally filled with cement, then tiled over. Good think I didn't need a bath or shower for only 1 night. Staff were courteous.Location is 25 miles from Llano where we had wanted to stay. But all Llano motels were filled."

"Very clean! Jacki was extremely helpful with all my questions about local places to eat and see while we were there. Great location! We were able to go to the Burnet Bluebonnet festival, strawberry farm in marble falls, and cool off near the slab close to the house. It was a great getaway for our little family! Highly recommend! "The house was exactly as pictured. The beds were very comfortable. I slept in the twin in the sunroom, and it was great. We booked a fishing guide and needed a place to stay. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch and telling stories. We found spices in the kitchen, but no oil. Also, bring your own bath wash and shampoo. The neighbors are nice and we enjoyed brief chats. "

"The house was a lot bigger than I thought it would be! It was great location on the river. We loved all the extras that came with the house, from the kayaks to a stocked kitchen, and tons of blankets and towels. We had deer and other animals in the backyard at night and the outside space was perfect for eating or enjoying the view. Water was hot and shower pressure was great! There is no bunk bed in the laundry room, just a futon now. And the door does not automatically lock , so enter the code again when you leave. All 3 teenagers said they want to come back, so you know it's good. "
