When I checked in the front desk clerk was matter of fact and disengaged. When I checked out, I wasn't asked about my stay. If he had inquired, I would have told him that I didn't sleep a wink because of a continual noise every minute or two that was coming from the wall directly adjacent to the breakfast room. I would never stay at this hotel again. I will stay at the Royal Hotel in Lloydminster as I have done many times in the past. The rooms might be older but they are clean and quiet with a staff at the front desk that seems more personable.

VERY clean room! However, a very bad moldy smell in bathroom, each time after using shower. Brought to the attention of staff at check out. Also pillows are extremely tall, unusable, and bed very soft. Made for uncomfortable sleeping both nights.

Nice stop over

Room was clean and grandkids loved the pool. Both outside garbage was overflowing mentioned to front desk. Breakfast was good, friendly staff. Encouraged kids to do scavenger hunt. They were thrilled with reward upon completion

We got the room next to the pool with a dog (love pet friendly options). Highly reccomend you send the pets to the other end as the noise from the pool is alot for animals in an unfamiliar space. Next door dog barked ALL DAY. Many sports teams so noise an issue all weekend. Toilet did not flush so had to use the pool and shower did not drain (common issue with the 2 other family that was staying).
