The house located a few meters from the coast, in the wonderful gulf of Tavolara in a small tourist complex "Villaggio San Paolo" a few meters from the beach, from the small square on the sea, with restaurants and shops and with the small marina from which, every 30 minutes the ferry leaves for the island of Tavolara with one of the most beautiful in Sardinia.
The apartment is ideal for families with children, couples of friends who love sea life, in a quiet place but with the opportunity to enjoy all the services of a well-organized seaside village.
The apartment is part of a construction divided into apartments with gardens, terraces and verandas and served by an internal private road with access bar and parking.

Ottima posizione per una vacanza rilassante

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana dal 15 al 22 luglio 2017 e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Porto San Paolo è un paese tranquillo, ma con tutti i servizi necessari. Le calette nei dintorni raggiungibili a piedi sono molto belle e tra queste la Baia Corallina offre anche riparo in caso di vento. In barca si possono inoltre raggiungere altre bellissime spiagge nonchè le isole di Tavolara e Molara. L'appartamento è molto spazioso e ci sentiamo di consigliarlo ad una famiglia numerosa come la nostra. Il terrazzo è fantastico e si presta ad essere utilizzato per tutta la giornata sia per i pasti sia per il relax. Unico ambiente della casa migliorabile è la cucina un po' datata, ma comunque ben accessoriata e funzionale. Disponibilissime sia la proprietaria sia la signora Chicca. Fam. Belotti

Stilvolle und großzügige Ferienwohnung mit sehr persönlicher Betreuung

Sehr schöne und großzügig geschnittene Ferienwohnung in toller Lage in Porto San Paolo mit wunderschöner Terrasse. Die Ausstattung dieser stilvoll dekorierten und sicherlich auch privat genutzten Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen: Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man in Küche oder Haushalt vom kleinsten Löffel über den Sonnenschirm für den Strand bis zur Waschmaschine brauchen könnte. Die Fotos geben einen sehr guten Eindruck der Wohnung. Vor Ort wurden wir bereits von der überaus zuvorkommenden und fröhlichen Chicca erwartet, die uns nette Tips geben konnte und für alle Fragen immer ein offenes Ohr hatte. Wir durften (allerdings in der Vorsaison) weit vor dem eigentlichen Check-In bereits die Wohnung beziehen und auch der Check-Out wurde ganz selbstverständlich unseren Flugzeiten angepasst. Die Mailänder Vermieterin Giuliana hat sich ebenfalls immer sehr schnell und persönlich um alle unsere Belange gekümmert. Wir haben uns daher eher wie willkommene Gäste der Familie und nicht wie zahlende Urlauber gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Super Sardegna a Porto San Paolo

Siamo appena tornati dopo una settimana di relax e giornate calde con un sole ormai estivo.La casa è in ottima posizione e tenuta molto bene; pulita, ordinata e gradevolissima anche l’accoglienza della Signora Chicca che ci ha dato un’ottima assistenza e ci ha dato indicazioni su ristoranti e spiagge. Molto belle le terrazze con una bellissima vista sul mare e sull’isola di Tavolara e con la possibilità anche di prendere il sole a qualsiasi ora del giorno. C’è tutto quanto serve, ci si sente come a casa propri. In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono delle bellissime spiagge ersi la Corallina. Molto bella e a pochi minuti di macchina,la spiagge di Porto Taverna e di Porto Brandinchi e delle Saline dove abbiamo provato a fare Kite per alcuni giorni … veramente bello. Belli anche i giri nell’entroterra verso Posada e torre Santa Lucia, verso Monti e il lago Coghinas e tornando siamo passati da Arzachena con il bellissimo sito dellaTomba dei Giganti. Veramente una bella vacanza e facilmente torneremo anche il prossimo anno!!

Incredible experience!

The house of Giuliana is really wonderful! I often stayed in Porto San Paolo, but never in a house so beautiful and functional. The terrace offers spectacular views of the Gulf of Tavolara, is perfect for dining out in the evening and invite friends for happy hour. The living room is very large, furnished in the style of the most beautiful homes in Sardinia, with all the colors of the sea. The bedrooms are all comfortable and equipped with cabinets, drawers, shelves, etc. and you can sleep without having to turn on the air conditioning because the house is cool even in August. Each room has a private bathroom, and this is a great advantage, especially when there are many guests (I stayed here with 5 friends for 2 weeks). The kitchen is not very big but nothing is missing, it is perfectly equipped for cooking even baked dishes like the delicious fresh fish that you can find at the supermarket of Porto San Paolo. Otherwise there is a big grill in the terrace. We also asked for daily cleanings and the housekeeper was great! The beach and the "Piazzetta" with shops are just a short walk from the house. I highly recommend to stay here for a holiday, it's better than a 5 star hotel!!
