Quad room was far too small for 4. Room was in the attic which was stifling hot even with windows wide open. Rats were running around outside the property and we had zero interaction with the staff other than checking in. This is the 5th hotel I’ve stayed in in London and the only one I would not recommend.
The hotel had a great location. Beds were a little springy but fine for one night. It has an elevator but no A/C which would be normally fine, but it was hot one day.

This place was in a great location, just a little small for our family. The people at breakfast in the morning were always smiling and helpful. I just noticed the bed had a foul odor; they may need to replace it soon. But other than that, it was a good choice for us.
The room is adequate for 3 ppl. More the 3 ppl, you may run into spacing issues. The continental breakfast could be improved. Nice staff, friendly service and accommodated our room request
The hotel, staff, and room was lovely could not fault it. I cannot say about the breakfast i had paid for, becsuse we didn't have sny, as i had to be in hospital for 7.30am and didn't come out until the day we checked out. I should not of brought breakfast was a bit silly of me. But the hotel is definitely worth a visit.
I wouldn’t recommend this property for a family as the rooms are very very tiny and there is no space to put suitcases. There is also no fridge in the room which makes it difficult when you are travelling with medications that require it. Overall the staff were nice except for one woman who was very rude when I asked for help with retrieving medications I had stored in the staff fridge. Overall for the money I would go elsewhere if travelling with a family
El hotel está bien ubicado en la zona de Paddinton, a pocas cuadras de estación de metro y buses. También pasan cerca los buses turísticos.
La limpieza es su mayor atributo. Las habitaciones están bien pero es muy complicado llegar a ellas, bajando escaleras y teniendo que pasar por varias puertas y en nuestro caso teniendo que atravesar el desayunador.
En el caso nuestro la habitación 54 se encontraba debajo de la recepción y se escuchaban ruidos en el techo todo el tiempo ( tratar de evitarla).
Hay desayuno muy completo pagando un adicional. La habitación posee caja de seguridad.
Por el precio abonado hubiera esperado un frigobar.
En síntesis, el hotel está bien, pero con algunos detalles seria óptimo.
This is a very well-managed, clean, friendly and up-to-date facility in a fabulous location very close to Paddington station.
We enjoyed our stay and the staff was excellent.
Hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. Rooms were very small and cramped. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and a few pillow cases were dirty. Be advised that while the lobby has AC, the rooms do not a d windows only open 2 inches. They did provide a small
The room was way too small and could barely fit a double bed in it. It felt very claustrophobic. The thing that made it worse was that there was no air conditioning and it was in the middle of a heatwave. The man at reception did provide us with two fans to be fair. But overall, this room was not value for money at all.
the location to hyde park was good, about 13 min walk. Breakfast was good.
the room was so small, it wouldn't have worked with big suitcases! No air con , 4th floor was hot, at least they provided a small fan. 1 of 2 usb ports worked. no room in the bathroom. no drawer or space on the sink for more than a tooth brush.
