Great location for the O2 especially if you take the cable car. Breakfast also amazing. Only down side was the swimming experience as so full of people outside hotel that didn’t feel a perk of the hotel.

Ok but could be better

Hotel is very nice but they had an 18th birthday party taking place with loud music until the early hours. We requested to move rooms but they did not come back to us. Signage takes you to a ‘extra’ lift but this is like a service lift. Spa nice but changing rooms need updating and cleaning. Same with hotel bedroom bathroom signs of black mould. Reception chaotic and staff talking to you through a computer screen and unbothered by you. Breakfast lovely.

As a hotel, we do host the events, but we are usually asking for music to go to background music at 11pm and stop it fully by 12am. However, we are sorry to hear that your needs were not met in terms of offering new room or it got forgotten. We do have two lifts for the guests, unfortunately sometimes technical issues occurs, and the lifts go down, so we offer as an alternative to use another lift, which is a service lift instead of long waiting time. Sorry to hear about your experience in terms of cleanliness and our team members, but we can ensure that this is not the service we would be providing on daily basis. Weekend break

Fantastic hotel, all of the staff that we spoke to were cheerful and helpful. Our room (5049) was very quiet (its like they knew how fussy i am). We were watching a show at the O2, the hotel is positioned perfectly to use the cable cars, quick and easy with short queues.
